For franchisors and brand owners
Pavilion is the only UK marketplace where the premises and the brands recruiting for them sit side by side. A franchisor account lists your opportunities nationally, shows buyers which territories are open, qualifies every enquiry before it reaches you, and links your brand to the commercial units it could open in. This page explains what the account includes and what it costs.

What a franchisor account includes
Choose "I’m a franchisor or brand owner" when you click "List a property" and set up your brand profile: name, work email, phone, logo, website and a short description, plus seats for colleagues. The profile is applied to every listing you publish, and your dashboard gains Territories and Leads tabs alongside Listings, Viewings, Enquiries, Team and Billing.
- A brand profile on every listing card and detail page.
- Opportunity, master franchise and brand listings with a territory map, and resales with the normal business fields.
- Territory management: flip each territory between open, reserved and taken as you recruit.
- A qualified-lead inbox showing each enquirer's available capital, timescale, experience and preferred territory.
- Three team seats so a recruitment manager can work the inbox with you.
Opportunities, resales, master franchises and brands
An opportunity is your brand recruiting new franchisees. It has no address: it is national, and it is never excluded from search results by the buyer's distance filter. Alongside the description it carries the minimum and total investment, the franchise fee, royalty and marketing percentages, the term, expected turnover and net profit, units open, the year founded, funding support and the training provided, so a prospective franchisee can assess the proposition at a glance.
A resale is an existing franchised unit being sold. It keeps the normal business fields — address, tenure, lease years, premium, rent, turnover and profit — and appears both on the Franchises tab and under Commercial → Businesses, because a franchised café for sale is also a café for sale.
Master franchise listings offer area or country development rights; brand listings showcase a brand that is not recruiting yet. Both follow the opportunity layout.
Territories
Add the territories you are recruiting for when you create an opportunity, from a handful of towns to a national plan of up to 40 areas. Each territory is open, reserved or taken; buyers see them as coloured pins on the territory map and as a list, so they know before they enquire whether their area is still available. Update the status from the Territories tab of your dashboard as candidates progress, and the listing updates immediately.
Qualified leads, not viewing requests
A franchise opportunity does not take viewing requests. Instead the listing page carries a short qualification form: available capital, timescale to start, relevant experience and preferred territory, plus the enquirer's name and contact details and an optional message. Every submission is emailed to you and lands in the Leads tab, where you can see the answers at a glance, move a lead from new to contacted, qualified or closed, and reply from your own inbox.
Sites your franchisees could open in
Each opportunity records the planning use class your format needs, for example A3 for a café or D2 for a gym. Buyers looking at your opportunity see "Sites you could open in" — live commercial units on Pavilion with that use class — and buyers looking at a matching unit see your brand under "Franchise brands recruiting for units like this". No other UK platform links available premises to the brands recruiting for them, and it works in both directions automatically.
Pricing
Franchise opportunity, master franchise and brand listings are a one-off £199 each, with territory management, the qualified-lead inbox and your brand profile included. Resales are priced as business listings, currently £39 each, and can be featured in their area like any other listing. There is no monthly subscription.
While Pavilion is in its launch period every fee is £0 due today. Nothing is charged retrospectively, and we will give at least 30 days' notice before billing starts.
Getting started
Click "List a property", choose "I’m a franchisor or brand owner", complete your brand profile and invite your team, then create your first opportunity: basics and brand name, the investment numbers and territories, photographs, and publish. Listings are reviewed before they go live, usually within a few hours. If you have several brands or a large territory plan to load, email contact@propertypavilion.co.uk and we will help.
